About the event
Learn about the chakras, aka ‘the energy centers’ of the body through guided discussions,
exercises and journaling while learning techniques for balancing your individual chakras. This
workshop is inspired by The Complete Chakra Workshop by Patricia Mercier and hosted by
Alyse, Looking Upwards’ Enrichment and Curriculum Coordinator and Certified Aromatherapist
& Energy Healer.
