Fitness takes a part of 1/3 of each class. The fitness style alternates between boot-camp and yoga so class always holds something new.
Our goal is to reclaim our community with each other. We intend to bridge the gap and bring a spirit of connection and purpose to each other connecting health and mindfulness.
Meditation and Self-Discovery is utilized as part of this program.
All three of these aspects come together
to make an exciting and engaging class.
Train and Reclaim is a free 8 week class highlighting fitness, community, and self discovery.
Class starts Tuesdays, August 6th to September 24th from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
